Business Development Executive
Amad al baeed trading est. is a well established electrical, mechanical and telecommunication materials selling company. I have been given an opportunity as a Business development Executive, Handling end to end customer service, and providing them with solutions, engaging them throughout the sales process and building a strong customer relationship. •Understanding the areas of concern/requirements and identifying business opportunities. •Implementation of the business development strategy, plan on opportunities, and providing support, where necessary, to other business development initiatives. •Handling various industry segments (small to mid-sized) for sales and marketing of the services offered. •Proactively engaged in cold calling and visiting projects for new business development.•Responsible for product approvals and discussing technically with consultant and contractors, supporting them with technical submittals, product samples. Upon approval follow up for purchase orders.•Coordinating with the warehouse for the supply of materials against the purchase order received.•Building and maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails for future business.•Keep updated technically on new products and news to the clients.•Planning for sales forecasting and Budgeting. •Responsible for closing the deals and achieving the aggressive sales target in the defined market segment. •Responsible for closing the deals and achieving the aggressive sales target in the defined market segment. •Market Research, lead generation and gathering competitor’s information. •Achieving personal sales targets in line with Key Performance Indicator objectives.•Reviewing customer purchase order, requirements and other documents in order to transfer to estimation team for the detailed technical proposal for them. •Preparing reports for head office and senior managers. Travelling to visit potential clients.
