• Overseeing a diversified portfolio of BDT 5500+ Crore• Pre/re-finance fund operations of JICA, ADB, SME Foundation, CMSME, Bangladesh Bank Funds (i.e Women Enterprise , Agro Process, green finance, new entrepreneur etc.)• Portfolio analysis, monitoring and review of different loan accounts• Maintain liaison & correspond with the SME Regulations and Treasury Operations for meeting queries or clarification relating to Operations

• Identification and resolution of loan Problems files (Home Loan, Car Loan & Personal Loan) with diligence, as well as ensuring 100% compliance during the disbursement process• Create loan and liability accounts and tag customers and related parties with loan account• Maintain database for Home Loan security documents at the in-house tracker, Collateral Security Management System- CSMS & Mortgage Database System for Bangladesh Bank Reporting• Monitoring & and regularization of deferral documents and periodically reporting irregularities• Multiple General ledger reconciliations on monthly basis and report to the concerned departments• Resigned staff’s document deferral status report to the HR department for clearance and execute handover-takeover formalities• Loan maintenance and assistance to legal, recovery, and internal audit departments regarding home loans and assist branch distribution for customer-related service• Review departmental processes for re-engineering and further development on a regular basis.

I have worked three months as an Intern in National Bank Limited, Gulshan Branch. I have tried to experience the banking system and learn the banking process to the best of my ability. In this short period, I worked in General Banking and Foreign Exchange departments.
