He specializes in managing and analyzing syslog data, monitoring networks using tools like SolarWinds, Cacti, Nagios, and Orion, and ensuring the smooth operation of over 500 sites across rural and urban areas. His journey began with "Alternate Access BD(Pvt.)Ltd", also known as ''Telecrest, Inc. (USA)" where he quickly adapted to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of network operations. During this time, he has been instrumental in managing and troubleshooting network issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust network performance. His key accomplishments include successfully creating and testing a cloud route for Voice, and SMS, which has enhanced our service offerings and client satisfaction.
