During my master's study, I attended several special projects such as modulator fabrication based on Lithium Niobate (LN) platform and Terahertz (THz) solid-state detector. I have more than 5 years experience on Clean Rooms fabrication include different skills, like E-beam lithography, UV-lithography, dry etching, wet etching, thin film deposition and charactrization.Now, I work as a Electronics and Photonics Engineer at SiPhotonIC Technology.
