The teaching form is small class teaching (less than ten students in one class). The teaching objects are mainly IELTS examinees aiming at studying abroad. The teaching objective is to consolidate their foundation of English vocabulary and grammar thoroughly, and further improve their comprehensive skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. As a result, the practical teaching is supposed to effectively lead all students into more advanced stage of language acquisition with good foundation.Performance: 1. Having Chosen more flexible teaching mode which the students spoke highly of. In this way, a good amount of positive evaluation has brought decent reputation to the institute. 2. Having helped to increase students' interest in learning. According to feedbacks from students, more than 80 percent of them have passed the exam and entered into ideal universities.

Having been familiar with the commodity characteristics, process flow, production process and conditions of wine products of the French chateau from Bordeaux which i worked for as sales assistant and interpreter, I was responsible for the information transmission between the Chinese buyers/traders and the chateau aspect, at the same time work as product sales too. Among the efficient and active working atmosphere, working hard by the volunteers and the chateau agents together, the sales volume continued to increase day by day, and the corresponding long-term cooperation orders were overwhelmed. The whole project turned not only to win great amount of sales volume, but also expand the northern market of China for the foreign exhibitors.
