- As the rep for Sealord in China market, build on current relationships with distributors, undertake channel analysis, develop further channel opportunities, and also undertake rigorous review of current distributors; - Run marketing activities, such as social media campaign, industry events, consumer education activities, E-commerce promotion, and trade media, etc.- Conduct research and analysis on the current China seafood market, particularly in relation to new species - Implement a marketing programme, which drives Sealord’s sales strategies, and effectively create a pull in sales through the network of distributors or retailers - Work with various agencies, including NZ Government, to gain maximum leverage from trade events - Coordinate agencies including but not limited to promotional agencies, digital agencies and advertising agencies.

- Be responsible for the business development of Irish seafood in the mainland China market, incl. marketing strategy development, activity planning and execution, market research, etc. - Work with B2B and B2C media, KOLs, influential social media accounts to build up good image of Irish seafood so as to facilitate the export to China market. - Maintain good connection with Chinese traders, retailers, e-commerce and foodservice professionals for business development. - Provide market intelligence to Irish companies and help introducing potential buyers to the Irish companies.- Assist Asia Market Director on various projects, such as Irish Minister’s trade mission to China, marketing campaigns assigned by the Irish government, etc.

- Be responsible for market strategy and event planning for clients. Key clients include American Pistachio Growers, Bord Bia (the Irish Food Board). Sunkist Growers, Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, Wild Blueberry Association of North American, French Oscar Kiwi, Aneberries(Mexican Berry Association). - Work with media, retailers, importers, and foodservice industry players for various marketing activities, such as retail promotion, menu promotion, PR events, etc. - Write market research and marketability reports; - Team management.

- Be responsible for China Insurance Industry Total Remuneration Survey Report; - Provide data analysis and consulting service to insurance clients and maintain good client relationship; - Participate in various HR Compensation & Benefits consulting projects.

- Expand membership base through new member growth and renewal retention programs, including Membership Referral Program, Renewal Lucky Draw Program, Fortune 500 Program, etc.; - Conduct research and survey to develop new programs for membership development; - Handle all the email/phone call/walk-in enquiries about the Chamber services, membership benefits and other general business issues.
