Dynamic sinulation of petro-chemical plant;Operator Training System Building

1）Conduct the processing simulation of compressor station by Aspen HYSYS; Master essential points of the package/unit design and operation; Master the design of back-to-back compressor with switchover operation between parallel and series operation modes.2）Perform the pipeline hydraulic calculation, filter separator calculation, diesel tank calculation, compressor and turbine design check, blowdown and flarestack calculation; 3）PID's, PFD's and other AutoCAD related drafting work;4）Prepare the reports for: Design Basis Memorandum, Process Description, Equipment List, Line List, Diesel Consumption Report, Pressure Relief Philosophy, Isolation Philosophy, Operation and Control Philosophy and any other documentation required by clients; 5）Attend HAZOP meeting and work as HAZOP scribe, prepare the HAZOP Review Report, and HAZOP Closeout Report. Attend SIL, and HAZID meeting;6）Prepare the design data authorization, inter-discipline checks and coordinate with other disciplines; Negotiate with vendor, clarify the technical issues;7）Attend design integrity trainings; Carry out the element task including documentation checking, templates editing, and new technology study.
