As part of Netflix Studio, I built tools to power Netflix creative teams. I designed scalable solutions to help post production teams manage their growing slates and media pipelines.

Reimagined Shotgun's complex workflows as easy-to-use, surprisingly powerful producer experiences. Created end-to-end systematic redesigns, designed detailed workflows, and organized large-scale research summits. Helped cultivate a design-led vision on a distributed product team across North America and Europe. Shotgun is an Emmy award-winning production and collaboration platform, used by the world's most creative studios to streamline their workflows.

Designed mobile enterprise applications for clients in healthcare, digital marketing, retail. Alongside sales and development teams, I pitched prototypes, conducted needs-gathering sessions, and advised on the user experience of enterprise applications. These design sessions facilitated new and renewed contracts with clients. I worked with business strategy to build a design offering with a cost and delivery structure.

• I advised dozens of clients (in retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, and logistics) on mobile design/data visualization through storyboarding workshops and long-term projects. Workshops often resulted in prototypes and additional projects with clients.• Worked with developers to wireframe, design, and develop retail, wealth management, and CRM applications. I also created the visual assets and documentation.• Standardized UX and visual design processes internally and for MicroStrategy clients through presentations, white papers, and a mobile video training application.
