About Sj Jacobs
After completing my Master's degree, I plan to concentrate on providing mental health care for individuals with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and other chronic illnesses. My long-term career goal is to use advocacy and research to decrease the frequency that physical chronic illnesses are misdiagnosed as mental health conditions. My short-term career goals are to become a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a certified dialectical behavioral therapy therapist.
