The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is a global organization comprised of individuals and organizations in healthcare committed to: achieving gender parity in leadership positions, providing equitable practices that enable organizations to realize the full potential of women and facilitate career and business connections to accelerate advancement.In this role, I will manage the HBA Academy platform for a global audience, coordinate and host Career Conversations, coordinate aspects of the HOPE (Honoring Opportunities for Partnerships & Equity) program, supporting the Global Education Advisory Committee and contributing to global education strategy.
