I'm a chemistry Ph.D. candidate at the University of Maryland at College Park, expending to defend in the Summer of 2022. My dissertation analyzes how surface ozone chemistry has changed in the Eastern United States over the past 50 years using observations of ozone and pollutants that make ozone (NO, NO2, CO, and volatile organic compounds) in conjunction with a box model. I have extensive experience using large data sets and regularly use Python, IDL, Matlab, and FORTRAN. I also have had the opportunity to refine my communication and planning skills while working as a discussion TA for General Chemistry 1 & 2 and a lab instructor for Instrumental Chemistry. I hope to find a career in Data Science or Data Analytics where I can continue to grow my skills in modeling, analysis, and communication.
