I am an experienced Centre Manager who has worked in various roles in Centre Management including Marketing, Operations and Administration.As the Centre Manager I am responsible for the day to day management and operational excellence of Mid Valley Shopping Centre. Including the coordination and delivery of Lease provisions, preparation and delivery of business and marketing plans, lease renewals and new tenant leasing, monthly reporting, performance monitoring and management.Key responsibilities include: - Financial management, including preparation and delivery of Budgets and managing debtors - Building and maintaining relationships with centre retailers - Control over operations management and projects - Working closely with Marketing to drive traffic to the assets, and support retailers to achieve sales - Development and delivery of strategic business plan - Development and delivery of leasing strategies, tenant movements/mix - Tenant renewals and new leasing with excellent knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and Lease negotiation- Leading the Centre Management team of 5, including Operations/Maintenance, Marketing, Administration, Customer Service and Casual Mall Leasing- Building strong relationships with stakeholders & the local community

-Maximising the trading performance of the centre-Providing opportunities to enhance individual tenant sales performance and manage- Coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and events including retailer communications- Develop & implement plans for advertising, marketing, Centre promotions, and public relations - Develop and implement Marketing Budget- Monitoring retailer promotions and adding value where possible-Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports on all activities for the following month- Assist with financial management, including budgeting & forecasting- Working closely Leasing to drive traffic to the assets - Working with Senior management to develop asset plans -Providing communication to the leasing team on tenant movements/mix -Assisting the Centre Manager with Retail projects, maintenance co ordination and fitout delivery

-Assisting the Centre Manager in delivering the Marketing Plan-co-ordinate promotional activities, functions, live broadcasts, meetings and marketing events

- Meet and greet all clientele / customer service -Manage all incoming phone calls and redirecting as required -Maintain front of house presentation and general housekeeping - Manage Casual Leasing - Suppport Marketing / Centre Management teams with related administration (licence agreements, invoices, rent receipts, monthly reports) -Maintain tenant master database - light lease administration -External contractor registrations (insurance, induction paperwork, scheduling) - Maintain Centre access keys register - General clerical work (data entry, correspondence, typing, filing, archiving)

Providing professional marketing and event management services including;- Development and delivery of the annual calendar of events- Delivery of marketing and business communications including social media, internal and external branding and advertising- Providing a professional interface with a range of stakeholders including members, directors, media and the local community.- Delivery of events on time and to budget
