CrafterCMS is a Git-based, serverless, hybrid-headless content management system. CrafterCMS strikes a healthy balance between developers, content creators, and operations.I created CrafterCMS to address gaps in the CMS space where:- Developers had to work within a CMS framework as opposed to the CMS allowing the developer's chosen framework to simply leverage the CMS via APIs.- CMSs were tied to a backend database limiting scalability (CrafterCMS doesn't use a database and is planet-scale)- Content is seen as simply files that flow independently as opposed to changesets that flow together as one in a DevOps flow (CrafterCMS is based on Git)I went on to build out the engineering and support organizations to help turn the OSS project into a vibrant commercial company.

Guided the MS team toward coding AWS system administration tasks to ensure automation, quality, and repeatability.• Cultivated a solid corporate culture of collaboration and quality spanning onshore, nearshore, and offshore centers.

- Architected and helped develop a hybrid terrestrial/satellite network to enable inexpensive and full coverage network in North America.

- Designed and developed a robust messaging system for communication across long-thin pipes (geostationary satellites) with intermittent coverage.

- Developed a consumer, Windows-based, video editing solution for Corel.- Developed portions of a laser tag game kernel running on Intel 8051 micro-controller.
