Finally, I led the data unification of the frequent flier programs into a single solution. As a director at USAirways, I oversaw a team of 35 professionals responsible for all aspects of design, development, project management, testing, and implementation of complex data-oriented solutions. I developed and executed a corporate data strategy that utilized operational data stores, data marts, enterprise data warehousing, Business Intelligence, and data governance principles to provide high-quality data assets to corporate clients. I executed essential corporate projects, including the In-Flight point of sales solution, an Aircraft Maintenance solution, and various systems related to pricing, revenue management, and financial accounting.
