I started at Smarter Shows while it was very much in the start-up phase with few processes and systems in place. Since then, my responsibilities have grown to oversee every technical consideration of the company. I have been involved in the delivery of 70+ expos and conferences, notably the pre-show and onsite aspects of registration and lead retrieval. Recently adapting to challenges of the pandemic I have been instrumental in bolstering our online offering with virtual events, enhanced exhibitor listings and advertising. Despite managing a relatively small team we have always been ambitious in our project scope and have achieved a significant amount with the resource available.
