Lead CAPEX and OPEX management in the engineering organization• Delivered Convered Cable Access Router Platform for Data/Voice/Video for cable broadband deployments using Agile Methodlogy for SW releases. Platform deployed by leading Cable Service Providers (Comcast, Cox, Charter, Vodaphone, LGI and more). • Delivered Remote PHY Devices and architecture for Deep fiber deployments. Inceases capacity and scalabillity of Cable broadband subscribers. Provides HUB consolidation for Service providers.• Delivered first Cloud based CMTS for an early field trial. Responsible for transforming teams into DevOPs model at Cisco Cable Business unit• Lead Quality improvement initiatives to drive down escalations and improve organizational productivity. • Managed Customer escalations and developed a model to provide faster patches with no service downtime• Lead and developed distributed regression test model in engineering to bring entire regression test execution from 8 weeks to 1 week, and nightly scrum level regression execution time to 1 day• Developed a high performing global group (Fulltime and contractors) with highest retention rate in the organization at five locations (California, Massachusetts, Atlanta, China, India)• Responsible for global scrum development/test teams, performance/scale test teams, regression/automation, and customer profile validation teams• Delivered first Cloud based CMTS for an early field trial.
