As the Head of Performance Analysis and Reporting in Group Technical Assurance & Quality I am responsible for the Compliance Report which identifies the risks inherent in maintaining our various certifcations and accreditations - our 'licences to operate'. I am also responsible for the internal and external Assurance Map which provides assurance on Group Risks. Through analysis of the outcomes of internal and external audits, I provide recommendations for changes to processes across the businesses.Before joining LR, I had careers in the Royal Air Force and as a management consultant. I am a welfare office with the Royal British Legion, am a professionally qualified scuba diver, a middle distance runner and parkrun UK Ambassador and Event Director.
