- Supervising the joint development of a curriculum suitable for the learning needs of diplomats and government personnel working in the field of international relations at all levels, both at the missions and in the Netherlands. This goes from recruitment to career development, succession planning and leadership and is in collaboration with the modernisation of HR Policy, thus improving the performance of a team based on identified issues. - Stimulating the organisation and further growth of a network of all Dutch government personnel, working internationally, to share their knowledge and reflect on their experience.- Reporting to the interdepartemental steering committee on milestones and results (needs of target/focus groups, services provided to them, measured results and costs).- Optimalisation of working processes, quality survey and permanent feedback.- Further development of a virtual academy with on line support/courses and modern tools for distance learning.The existing offer of over 50 courses in 4 categories or themes is open to relevant applicants from all Dutch Ministries.

- Organisation of network events, expert meetings and creative sessions concerning project management in the public sector- Advisor to project Partnership Infrastructural Management regarding the future partnership relations between government and market parties- Contributing to the development of corporate learning activities (procurement, infrastructural projectmanagement, strategical issues)- Apprenticeship: consequences of the changing working relationships for the management of RijkswaterstaatManager Project Academy- building internal organisation of the quarter master team of the Project Academy- housing accommodation; a survey of accommodation possibilities appropriate for a start up phase- development of a 2 year curriculum, suitable for the education of project managers from three main organisations in the government sector- Program Manager Center for Data and ICT
