The Partner Development Manager is an important contributor to Microsoft's partner engagement strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner Organization (OCP). Microsoft aspires to offer the most comprehensive, inclusive, and profitable partner network in the industry. OCP leads this effort in recruiting new partners, building solutions together, creating vibrant routes to market, and selling with impact to our joint customers.

Working in Microsoft DX (Developer Experience) to help our software partners build and deliver great experiences on Microsoft platforms powered by our cloud services. Responsible for working with Senior Business and Technology Decision makers to help clarify Microsoft's value proposition and vision. Accountable for leading the overall relationship with Microsoft App Developers with a core focus on delivering apps from across Microsoft platforms including Windows (10), Office 365 and Azure. Our goal in DX is to excite our partners and assist them with new and innovative solutions through the use of every increasing capabilities powered by the Microsoft cloud!

Responsible for driving technical pre-sales enablement across the breadth of the Microsoft platform stack and building key relationships with Microsoft customers to gain an understanding of their challenges and goals. A trusted strategy advisor at CxO level to provide clarity on Microsoft's vision and how our solutions align with their business objectives. Also accountable for driving usage of cloud technologies to ensure customers realise value from their investment through enablement of our Microsoft Partner network. Responsible for communicating/articulating technology roadmaps and building a trusted advisor status/relationship, supporting the customers journey to the cloud and driving usage and adoption of technology.
