Researched the size of the privacy problem and the many areas where we are by default tracked and surveilled quite thoroughly today.Researched mitigation and protection measures and tested many of them on my own situation.Developed a Privacy Fundamentals course for taking people from default situation to having better privacy in place than 90% of the population.Researched options for online business sites with special focus on offering courses, consultations and other products and supporting membership sites. So many great options that had some but not all the bases covered. In the end weaving what I need on WordPress with LMS and WooCommere and soon BuddyPress augmented by parts of Nextcloud stack has the most appeal.

Designed and developed Uniform Object Persistence (UOP) supporting persistent objects with tagging, arbitrary grouping relationships and dynamic binary object relationships (think RDF-ish).Designed and developed Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) on top of UOP. PKM provides easy tagging, grouping, relating associative memory for computer and internet artifacts and exploration of the resulting Knowledge Graph. Designed and developed web front end in clojurescript over React (Reagent) and later straight React and ES6 javascript. Back end reworked to be fully asynchronous with asyncio. Updated web server to aiohttp. Installed application to AWS VPC. Business planning for both funded and bootstrapping scenarios.

Designed and developed full-stack internal web app for Agilent Bioinformatics. Application is for the analysis of DNA sequences by invoking several standard and custom bioinformatics tool chains with calculation step dependencies. Calculation/tool steps may be arranged in workflows. Sequences of workflows make up a full analyses run. The runs are against a Torque cluster. Developed OO model for describing all components, Torque clusters, job flow and persistence to MongoDB. Python backend runs under gevent over bottle under Nginx reverse proxy. I developed the front-end in angularjs and twitter bootstrap with Restful interface.
