EdDeaf is an online platform that empowers the Deaf through equal access to learning and employment/ enterprise opportunities.

- Led in partners project financial management, monitoring, and reporting as per standards – 30+ Projects in last 3 years with a portfolio of more than 8 million EUR- Managed, monitored, and reported donor funded projects of UNTF (United Nation Trust Fund), DFID (Department for International Development, UK) and BMZ (Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, Germany)- Contributed to the development of a comprehensive project monitoring tool that checks accountability standards in alignment with legal, contractual and organizational compliances- Facilitated the end-to-end administrative and financial process of project development, from initiating project ideas to project set up- Spearheaded as a ‘Key User’ of projects management information system through ProMIS (a tool uses by CBM), and led the adoption of new system in the Country Office and data migration processes- Delivered multiple sessions to enhance the capacity of the implementing partners in the Annual Partners Workshop and Project Kick-off Workshop - Monitored fund balances of the country office and overall projects as per the guidelines of the International Office, and coordinated for the next fund transfer

- Prepared Financial Statements as per IFRS and German GAAP, and ensured adherence to external audit reporting timelines and resolve audit issues within agreed time frame- Coordinated with International Office Finance Team for accounts-related matters, including consolidation of records- Conducted monthly closing of accounts, including bank and other reconciliations, and facilitated in preparation of monthly reporting- Maintained bookkeeping in Microsoft Dynamic 365 as per policies, processes and procedures- Managed accounts of Provident Fund Trust and maintained related books of accounts- Adhered effectively in country legal and tax compliance management
