• Manage IT operations across Sunvair Aerospace Group companies, including Aviation Avionics and Instruments Corp (AAIC), Mingo Aerospace, and future acquisitions, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Information Technology to align IT strategy with business objectives.• Manage on-premises Windows Server storage, Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), andMicrosoft 365 environments, ensuring seamless integration and productivity; performing regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.• Administer Linux servers, Docker containers, and virtual machines to optimize performance, stability, and security within a hybrid cloud infrastructure; conduct regular system audits and apply updates and patches as needed.• Develop and automate PowerShell scripts to streamline administrative tasks, enhancing system efficiency and reducing manual workload; create custom scripts for monitoring, reporting, and managing IT infrastructure.• Design and implement VLAN, LAN, and WAN configurations, manage firewall rules and VPN setups, and ensure network security to maintain robust connectivity; manage VOIP phones, Cisco, Dell, and Ubiquiti networking equipment, and regularly monitor network traffic and perform troubleshooting and performance tuning.• Conduct regular patching, endpoint protection, and email filtering to safeguard systems and devices against vulnerabilities and threats; implement security protocols and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.• Co-manage ERP system and Oracle databases, ensuring seamless integration, regular maintenance, and high availability to support business operations.

- Provide Tier I/II technical support to/for ~4,000 users and ~1,500 devices, resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. - Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems on various devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and more. - Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, storage, switches, WAPs, VOIP, and more. - Assist with management of hybrid cloud infrastructure, integrating on-premises Windows Servers with Microsoft Azure. - Utilize Jira and Confluence for efficient ticket management, inventory tracking, and comprehensive documentation. - Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing the overall technical skillset of the team.
