An experienced leader and change facilitator with extensive experience in the education sectors.During my current role I have formed, led and developed a multi-disciplinary team of 17 subject specialists based across the UK who provide professional services to Jisc members, both as an inclusive benefit of their membership and via additional 'paid for' consultancy and training support. I also lead delivery of Jisc's consultancy services across the entire organisation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality impactful support both to our members and to other clients in the UK and beyond.I am also a qualified professional coach and mentor, with a particular experience in supporting leaders in the education sector. I aim to create a 'safe space' in which coachees can reflect on some of the broader and/or deeper questions around motivations, goals and challenges which we rarely have the opportunity to consider amongst the hustle of daily life; and to draw upon this thinking to inform practical decision making. I tend to favour solutions-focused approaches which encourage an appreciation of (often hidden) strengths and to build confidence based on previous successes and an exploration of the factors which contributed to them.
