My current role is Head of Projects at the UK Agri-Tech Centre and I am responsible for the Project Management Office. Our PMO delivers CR&D Projects primarily funded through Innovate UK, Commercial Projects and Strategic Projects for the organisation. My primary focus is ensuring that the organisation delivers all our projects on time, at cost and to a high standard. My passion is to build the best environment for our projects team. I need to ensure that everyone in the team has the right training and support to develop them through their careers in all aspects of their roles. In doing this the team can deliver multi-partner projects that not only enhance their reputation but the reputation of the new organisation.
