Sam was responsible for UK partnerships and Commercial activity during the acquisition of R&G by Argon & Co.

The core of Sam's role was to support clients on their improvement journey - through scoping their detailed needs and delivery of the project(s) to the exacting standards via implementing cutting edge approaches and coaching and mentoring people.

Formerly KM&TResponsible for oversight of end to end Programme and Project management, from initial scoping activity to project close out, managing teams in Lean project implementation ensuring that projects are delivered to scope, on time and exceeding client expectations. Reponsibilities also extended to Business Development (both organic and new business).

Responsible for the management of high priority resources to manufacture some of Estee Lauder's prestige beauty products. Due to the nature of the products manufactured, Pharmacheutical manufacturing standards were maintained at all stages of the manufacturing process.As a Lean Coach I mentored and supported team members to embed Lean principles and develop a World Class Manufacturing facility.I was also involved in a number of succesful Strategic Lean projects that further delivered plant and corporate objectives.
