Management Analyst•Serves as an expert advisor to management regarding OFCCP’s nationwide administrative program effectiveness and efficiency. OFCCP’s administrative programs include human resources, employee relations, labor management relations and records management. •Analyzes, evaluates and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of OFCCP’s program operations to meet OFCCP’s overall goals and objectives. •Develops innovative approaches to improve the efficiency of various internal administrative operations, activities, organizations, and/or management with national implications. •Develops detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of the program.•Studies the organizational programs, structures and processes of OFCCP and identifies resources required to improve and support program operations. Plans and conducts internal review studies of organizational efficiency and recommends changes and /or improvements in the organization, procedures, human capital and processes. Strategic Management/Employee Relations•Completes a variety of assignments, including human capital assignments, strategic management, career development, workforce planning, succession strategic planning and other DOL and OFCCP initiatives. Develops and implements a variety of nationwide processes associated with workforce planning and succession strategic planning. .•Serves as an expert advisor to management regarding establishing, developing, and revising position descriptions, job analyses, crediting plans and other recruitment paperwork necessary to post open employment opportunities.•Provides workforce and position management advice and recommendations to agency managers, including providing advice on skills mix, skills gaps, competency skills, organization structures, workforce distribution, etc. Serves as an organizational and project representative for agency-wide administrative and manpower studies.
