Our delivery date was before Christmas which meant there was no room for manoeuvre on the deadline. However, despite the pressure and tight deadline we managed deliver the project successfully, even though our concept was pulled at the last minute. This was greatly down to Sam's client and team management skills. He had a good rapport with the client and set their expectations accurately which is always valued. He was excellent to work with because his attitude always remained positive and he could always inject a bit of fun into a tricky situation. He also knew what the client wanted, he could see which battles were worth fighting and which weren't, and could communicate this to the team effectively, which the team respected. He is also a great diplomatic communicator, who can always temper any rising issues. I think the term 'He just gets on with it' is also pretty apt as despite obstacles arising he can maintain the momentum and get the job done. I'd be happy to work with Sam again any day!"
