With over 20yrs IT Project Management experience and a PRINCE2 Practitioner, I know my way around running successful software application development, digital, and IT infrastructure projects. With a background also in digital marketing and with professional marketing qualifications, I can confidently present strategic marketing plans, utilising digital and social media channels.I’m very familiar working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment and can flex and adapt my project approach to suit most projects. I’m very familiar with running a project using different methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile SCRUM and I’m not afraid to run client workshops or presentations.I enjoy a challenge and have kept my project experiences and work history both current and varied. I have a strong work ethic and I’m very good at coordinating and managing project teams and stakeholders and getting everyone organised and engaged. I certainly don’t mind rolling my sleeves up and jumping in to sort out a problem or plug a gap. I work very well in a team and look to foster a strong team work ethic, which then reflects well on the projects I’m managing or involved in.I am highly motivated with excellent team management skills with the ability to organise, motivate, and provide leadership for projects and teams.
