Supported Rogers’ Video Platform by monitoring and managing customer impacting incidents- Monitored QPSKs, QAMs, Digital Content Managers and other equipment on the Video network to ensure top quality of experience for analog, digital and online Video customers- Troubleshot area wide network based incidents on the network to restore lost or degraded services in order to provide a better quality of experience for Rogers’ Video customers - Automated Report Processing using web/unix generated tools reducing reporting turnaround time from 1 hour to 10 minutes to increase employee efficiency - Created and Maintained the executive “Rogers Online Resource Calendar” allowing Rogers managers and execs to effectively reserve resources with no overlap in one easy to use portal

Supported FCI Broadband’s network by monitoring and managing customer impacting incidents- Performed Tier 3 Phone & Internet Technical assistance for immediate customers to restore, provision, and/or decommission services in order to increase quality of experience with FCI services- Performed Tier 3 Dispatch & Support for VIP customers over multiple technologies including: SIP Phone, Slimline, Ciena, Marconi, aDSL technologies, sDSL technologies in order to help them expand or contract their network or services with FCI

- Designed and implemented a wireless solution over outdoor boating docks to allow members to access wireless services from the comfort of their boat/yacht

- Designed and supervised implementation of Cyber Café environment within Northview Heights Secondary School to provide a center for students to spend their time during breaks while keeping them under the safety and supervision of the school faculty
