Led a team of 14 full-time staff that executed the comprehensive advancement program for a college with 130,000 alumni worldwide.From FY2021 through FY2024, our team averaged $33.3M per year in total fundraising to support current and future students, faculty and research initiatives at the college, up from an average of $15M per year in the previous four years. Exceeded the college's goal for the "Go Greater Campaign" which ended in 2022, raising $167M towards a campaign goal of $125M.

Served as chief development officer for a region of more than 13,000 alumni, friends and corporate partners. Secured transformational philanthropic investments to advance the mission of the University of Tennessee. Worked directly with development staff and faculty leaders from 13 different academic units to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major gift donors in the region. Closed gifts supporting all 13 units and established long term relationships with between donors and the institution.

Responsible for Annual Giving, Major Gifts and Stewardship Programs as well as administration of national scholarships. Lead the content development and launch of the organization's new website and communications initiatives. Achieved significant increases in annual fundraising and number of donors.

Responsible for the communication and engagement of more than 80,000 Pi Kappa Phi alumni nationwide. This includes, newsletters, web content, alumni events and support for local alumni organizations and chapters.

Responsible for the recruitment, development and communications for nearly 2,000 volunteers nationwide. Developed and implemented a strategy that grew the number of active volunteers by over 15 percent and provided resources and training to place volunteers in a position for success.
