illumicell AI is a next-generation fertility care platform leveraging the power of AI and proprietary sensor technology

H4H leverages Swiss healthcare and technology to help communities in need. What started as a Digital x Healthcare hackathon in 2021 with the Swiss Red Cross and Doctors WIthout Borders, turned into Switzerland’s largest volunteer initiative for Ukraine relief. In 2022, we delivered 200+ tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine, provided 500+ free telemedical consultations, and fostered numerous partnerships between leading Swiss institutions and Ukrainian hospitals, including Ohmatdyt Children's Hospital. I set up a sophisticated digital system to sort, pack and track humanitarian aid deliveries; managed hundreds of volunteers, and negotiated major donations with multiple Swiss, German and Polish companies. Today my responsibilities are more strategic, focusing on partner network management and fundraising.

After frustrating travel experiences during the pandemic, I co-founded Testasy to create a fully digital COVID testing and certification journey. Founded in Switzerland and Poland, Testasy became widely popular with customers and corporate clients such as the Swiss National Television and Radio, and McKinsey & Company, generating profit in the first months of founding. My role as a co-founder was fluid: I set strategy and mission; manage stakeholder relationships, operations, processes, recruitment and, most importantly, make sure our teams are engaged and motivated.

As a BA at McKinsey, I enjoyed the fast and varied stream of responsibilities, and developed self-discipline and openness to uncertainty. I started with Strategy and Digital projects in Banking, and gradually moved into the Energy sector, which I quickly became passionate about. I had the privilege of working directly with Senior Partners and Practice Leaders at McKinsey, as well as interacting with CxOs at national and multinational oil companies, which required excellent communication skills. I quickly acquired a diverse range of skills, from setting 25-year economic strategies in developing countries to Digital transformation at Oil & Gas companies, financial modelling to operations management and cost-cutting at petrochemical plants.

I was part of the “Challenge”, a three-year rotation program aimed at training future BP leaders. At first, I was a trainee, assisting four teams in analysing and negotiating major contracts. Very soon I was entrusted with my own contract worth $18m, where I discovered double charges and helped my managing engineer to test a new, cheaper supplier. Additionally, I developed multiple Digital tools such as KPI & Performance Metric in Power BI, and Inventory Dashboard for Rigs teams.
