These programs enable organisations to leverage the platforms advanced matching algorithm and communications tools to allow the mass connection of like minded and skills matched individuals in order to leverage the skills and experience already contained within an organisation to upskill and support those looking to learn and develop.

Unibuddy provides a platform that connects university student ambassadors and future students from around the world and enables them to make more informed decisions about their university and higher education path.At Unibuddy, I led a small team of 10 Product Managers, Designers and Researchers, spread across both the London and Bangalore offices.

Spotahome is an online marketplace for rental properties across Europe. The company looks to disrupt a sector that has not seen change since the initial launch of companies such as Rightmove and Zoopla and is funded by Kleiner Perkins.As Director of Product for Spotahome.com, I was originally recruited to lead the Fulfillment side of the business but over my time here I also took on Payments, Growth and Customer Conversion teams.

As Director of Product for MoneySupermarket, I headed up half of the group’s product function. I led a team of 20 product managers and UX/UI designers, with an additional 40+ internal and external development and support team members being fed by my team’s output. My main remit when joining was to restructure and build up the product team, as well as turn around a core but declining part of the business, which was suffering from a declining conversion rate.

As Director of Product for MoneySavingExpert.com, I headed up all aspects of product and design, leading a team of 12 product management, design and UX staff. My focus at MSE was on transitioning the publishing business from a founder defined product, to a user centric and data driven business. I developed and instilled a product development approach that took full advantage of the 8 million unique users that came across the site each month, and which is now central to the way the group as a whole operates.

At TruRating I headed up global product management, managing product definition, delivery and strategic planning to cater for the needs of our markets in Australia, Canada, the UK and USA.I joined TruRating as one of the first team members. I worked with the development team to define and establish an agile, sprint based working practice to enable swift and efficient delivery of functionality.
