Was responsible for managing urban road-related services and programs provided by Washington County's Operations and Maintenance Division in the county's urban unincorporated area. Included the Urban Road Maintenance District, Pedestrian and Biking Improvements program, Adopt-A-Road/Landscape program, and event permits. Also staffed two citizen advisory committees.

Hired as Planner I in 1994, promoted to Planner II in 1996, and to Planner III in 1998.
