Member of one of our Transportation org's modernization teams. We are piece by piece replacing and extending our transportation capabilities.In this role I have,- Taken five major platform applications from greenfield to production, all replacing and extending present capabilities of the Blue Yonder Transportation Manager (Kotlin, Spring, Postgres, Kafka, etc.)- Inherited existing application from adjacent team and performed major redesigns for modernization while in production.- Personally designed three of these applications- Supported these applications as on-call engineer responding to client questions, analyzing data integrity and performance metrics, preparing reports for stakeholders, and remediating any outages with subsequent data recovery- Authored Target-Internal utility library for extending Kotlin concurrency primitives for API development.- Continually mentored new engineers as they onboard with into Target, the Transportation org, and/or our team in particular.- Researched and promoted a change of technical policy for the org.- Python scripting as needed to maintain or recover from outages.

As a member of the Technology Leadership Program, I worked on Target's Kafka Platform.
