- Currently I am working as an Assistant to the Managing Directors of CR3-Kaffeeveredelung M. Hermsen GmbH with focus on Sales & Business Development. As one of the leading service providers for the processing of green coffee, CR3 supports the coffee industry around the world with various services in the field of decaffeination and steaming using state-of-the-art processes and more. - B.A. degree in social economics with an interdisciplinary focus on law, business administration, economics and sociology at University of Hamburg with deepending in business administration- Worked in green coffee business with focus on micro and nano-lots at PLOTCOFFEE GmbH & Elbgold Röstkaffee GmbH. Both PLOTCOFFEE and elbgold stand for the highest possible coffee quality. Core values include an emphasis on sustainable crop cultivation, maintaining fair trade relationships to coffee farmers and local cooperatives, and supporting coffee development projects such as the "Cup of Excellence".- Volunteered in a small coffee & cacao cooperative Tingo Maria, Peru, for 1 year with Ecoselva e.V. as part of weltwärts. A joint operation between the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and civil society- Sailed the blue seas of Liner Shipping aboard Hapag-Lloyd AG as part of my apprenticeship which include trainings, deep dives and insights into different departments within the whole organization bundled in 2,5 exciting years- Intercultural exchange and international cooperation have always excited me. That's why I've always sought a connection to it in both my academic and professional contexts. What appealed to me most was being able to broaden my own horizons and engage in exchange with people from different backgrounds, to work on joint projects and to learn from and grow with each other.
