Managed a high level business process review, identifying the ‘end to end’ business and information processes. Implemented and managed a comprehensive selection process, for a company wide ERP system to support a growing company with over 1,000 users situated at nine sites plus customer locations. Instrumental to the delivery of a multi million pound project, a highly complex system (with minimal issues and business/user impact) with limited resources and within a tight timescale. Made the original business case for and then progressed the outsourcing of the internal IT Support function to our Managed Services Business Unit, so that the company’s internal IT support function could generate the cost savings from the economies of scale of being part of the delivery function providing similar services to customers.
