As part of the 'Graduate Future Leader' scheme I am undertaking a placement within Asset Managesment's Catchment Planning, Conservation and Partnerships (CaPCoP) team.Key functions include:- Project manage the design and delivery of a business wide partnership opportunity pipeline, ensuring there is a single database to track leveraged funding and the progression of partnership opportunities from conception to delivery.- Support the development of a comprehensive management strategy for United Utilities' key strategic partnerships with the Environment Agency, RSPB, Rivers Trust, National Trust and Greater Manchester Combined Authority.- Develop a partnership communication plan to engage with key stakeholders across the business, raising awareness of partnership ambitions, processes and resources.- Facilitate the development of a partnership leverage reporting methodology for the five year Asset Management Plan (AMP8).- Build relationships with key external partners, coordinating collaborative workshops and the creation of key materials (incl. presentations, reports and GIS assets)

Responsible for fostering strategic relationships, developing growth strategies and researching business development opportunities.Functions included:• Conducting client outreach and B2B communication assignments.• Delivering intelligence reports and presentations, capturing and sharing actionable business insights.• Collaborating with associates and interns to identify partners' needs and match them with suitable candidates.

Worked in a multinational start-up to develop market entry strategies, identify business development opportunities, and advance commercial partnerships. Tasks included:• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective partners.• Coordinating business development activities with cross-functional teams in China and the U.S.• Researching industry trends and regulatory requirements, navigating large quantities of quantitative data and producing business intelligence reports.
