Prepared the audit files and liaised with the auditors. Oversaw the full payroll process for more than 350 employees, including the majority of the hourly staff, until process moved to HR. Owned the full finance value chain and core responsibilities.In addition to my Financial Management role, I looked after three sets of books for 3 medium companies related to the functioning of Le Sel Research. This included reconciliation of the intercompany loan accounts and ensuring sound financial performance of these companies.
