-The lead marketer in ZF business, reporting to the Commercial Director-Responsible for all B2B & B2C marketing activity for ZyroFisher distributed brands in UK (50 in total)-Full marketing mix responsibility and accountability for marketing budget, team of 9.-Specific strategic focus on consumer marketing activity, challenging current execution plans to support the strong growth plans for the business.-Initiating new B2B promotional activity, targeted at driving sales and gaining greater share of Independent Bike Distributors (IBD’s) business. -Developing brand positioning and strategic focus for our house brand “ALTURA” supporting Brand Directors visions to double the turnover of the brand. -Developing retail marketing support programmes for our brands, developing scalable POS kit of parts to own wall space in store and drive brand awareness.-Responsible for all sports marketing strategy & execution (including sponsorship of events, teams and athletes).
