I led the creation of web accessibility guidelines from scratch, empowering designers to champion inclusivity in alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Worked in partnership with the design system team, accessibility experts, and designers to gain insights into user journeys and identify opportunities for enhancing visual characteristics (color contrast and color meaning), refining keyboard support, and improving interface zoom support, all with a focus on serving stakeholders effectively. Through in-depth interviews, surveys, and workshops, I pinpointed key areas for accessibility enhancement.

I focused on qualitative research, employing methods such as cognitive walkthroughs and insightful interviews. This process led to the formulation of valuable UX hypotheses, offering a solid foundation for informed design decisions. I utilized usability tests to assess product performance, unveiling users' pain points. Each test was a step closer to crafting a seamless user experience. Later, I documented research findings and crafted a research deck with my team.

I refined the existing design system to ensure design patterns contributed to a seamless user journey, through collaboration closely with senior designers. I conducted qualitative research on the desktop sites with over a million views. It aimed to validate our new design system and craft user-centered designs driven by research insights.To navigate the complex web of user experiences, I created detailed sitemaps and journey maps. These frameworks allowed us to identify and address user pain points more effectively.
