We serve a diverse client base comprised of large and mid-cap enterprises, professional services firms, and start-ups.Responsibilities:• Collaborating with account managers and the operational team in full-cycle recruitment activities including qualifying opportunities, sourcing, and qualifying potential candidates. • Provide delivery/recruitment support for existing client demand (both executive and non-executive search – permanent and subcontracting). • Generate leads through relationships, forecast/build talent pools proactively, pre-screen candidates, and scheduling interviews. • Develop, maintain, and grow close client relationships. • Own end-to-end management and delivery of requirements. • Build and learn strong sourcing techniques with a good understanding of how and where to secure talent as well as building strong talent pools. • Documenting recruiting activities and notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Management of relationships and branding with current and potential candidates and subcontractors through recurring touchpoints and meetings. • Full cycle screening of talent in-person, and virtual or phone meetings. • Negotiating salaries and rates with candidates. • Preparing candidate resumes for client submissions. • Completion of reference, education, and security background checks. • Assist with maturing recruitment lifecycle processes & executive search capabilities.
