Severn Management currently has over $300 million of property under management.I'm also Managing Director of The Oyster Group in Annapolis, Maryland, a real estate solutions provider focused on the acquisition and financing of multi-family projects, and Managing Member of Savannah Housing, an investment vehicle targeting multi-family real estate assets in historically stable Eastern U.S. markets.My background includes extensive experience in the acquisition, development, management, and construction of real property assets. This includes marketing, requirements identification, process improvement and personnel management. Proven record overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. More than two decades experience directing the discovery, acquisition, and management of sizeable fixed assets, including activities such as site selection, financing, construction oversight, leasing, management and liquidation.
