Within a year of his employment, Steven was promoted to Head of Development so as to ensure the overall smooth running of the Web Development Division. Having successfully grown in the position, he got promoted to Studio Manager in 2014 overseeing the Design, Development, Content, Online Marketing and other web-related processes.Amongst several tasks, Steven is responsible for directing projects from conception to launch, conducting internal training, keeping up-to-date with the latest technology, encouraging his fellow team members to make innovative contributions, SEO and Online Marketing.
