This project impacted 99.9% of fg produced at NLR factory. Emergency vendor change had to occur after previous vendor ceased business. Project timeline was reduced by 3 months and still completed without financial impact. Project also increased sustainability, harmonized shippers to reduce sku amount, and decreased process lead time. Strong leader who consistently takes the most challenging projects, builds exceptional teams, and drives significant results. Senior Cell Supervisor results include a 10%+ increase in overall equipment performance, an 8% reduction in quality loss impacts and a 16M savings agile production line installation.▪ Managed production department consisting of seven mascara packaging lines, the material distribution unit and the pump assembly unit. Led this 65-person department to produce more than 50 million finished goods in my first year and increase 8% in equipment efficiency.▪ Established a focus on safety and quality first within the team, leading to more than a 10% reduction in occurrences in both categoriesProject Leader and 1st Place Prize Winner for Beauty Shaker Awards.
