Led a medium sized IT procurement group overseeing purchases/consulting and 3rd party regional maintenance and installation providers. Focused on supplier base consolidation, negotiation of strategic enterprise agreement, and the implementation of a contracts management database. Strategic Leadership. Uncovered business-building and cost-saving opportunities and developed innovative sourcing strategies. Responsbilites involved managing a staff of five procurement professionals buying domestic and international components to support Case Logic's varied consumer product lines of nylon, plastic, or wood solutions for storage of audio tapes, CD's, digital cameras, and laptops. Commodities under management included plastic injection molded parts, sewn nylon bags, wood assemblies, corrugated boxes, and various ranges of printed packaging.

Held progressive positions in the Material/Procurement Group which included final assembly planner, machine shop planner/expediter, master scheduler, requirements planning supervisor, and purchasing manager. This Kodak facility manufactured high end digital and analog recording head assemblies in support of scientific and militiary applications.
