- Developed and implemented workshops designed to enhance and support the continued success of first year students in the Behavioural Science Program at George Brown College- Held one hour weekly sessions to present relevant information as well as provide support as required to those who attend.- Provided any additional support as required to students seeking further services at the College

Development of Child Care Training Series- Conducted extensive research with respect to evidence-based ABA methodologies around staff training to help determine best practice.- Wrote literature reviews and summary reports on a variety of topics such as: Behaviour SKills Training, and Early Learning for Every Child Today Principles.- Presented findings of research to DBMS Behaviour Consultants during staff meetings through the use of Power Point presentations.- Assisted in the development of an online survey as a needs assessment to determine ABA training needs of child care staff with respect to challenging behaviours.- Collated previous DBMS workshop feedback/suggestions for current and future workshops to assist in the development of future training.- Reviewed all current and past workshops and provided a summary of content to team.- Researched and obtained quotes for Audience Response Devices that will be piloted in the child care training series as a data collection method for participant skill acquisition. - Developed a preliminary outline for Childcare Series workshops and foundation of the first workshop in the series.- Developed a variety of program materials for behaviour staff.Clerical- Managing client phone calls and mail correspondence- Intake procedures (e.g., filled out intake forms, booked intake appointments)- Waitlist management.
