About Sjoerd De Vries

Samen met organisaties en kennisinstellingen werk ik aan het ontwikkelen en implementeren van instrumenten en tools voor het vormgeven en ondersteunen van een leven lang ontwikkelen, een inclusieve samenleving en mensgerichte technologische innovatie (https://www.saxion.nl/onderzoek/meer-onderzoek/employability-transition).Dit doe ik vanuit een human-centered design aanpak. Ervaren in mixed methods human factors onderzoek en het ontwikkelen van oplossingen in co-creatie met alle stakeholders. Expertise met het evalueren van gedrag en meten van prestaties bij mens-machine samenwerking en leren en ontwikkelen op de werkplek staan centraal.Dit doe ik vooral op het terrein van loopbaanbegeleiding, een skills gerichte arbeidsmarkt en inclusieve technologie. Een belangrijke focus is daar de optimale interactie van mens en techniek en inbedding daarvan binnen een organisatie bijvoorbeeld bij de inzet van co-bots, augmented en virtual reality en digitale werk- en leersystemen.
