I’m an experienced multinational JSE listed CFO, and also developing into a multinational listed CEO role. After taking a brief career break, I joined the exciting listed fintech group Capital Appreciation Limited. I have more than 20 years’ experience as a finance professional with over 10 years' experience across primarily investment management, manufacturing, retail and general market experience in South Africa, Turkey, Romania, UK and East Africa.I’m comfortable operating and leading multi-national corporates and holding companies across all aspects of strategy, finance and operations including, capital allocation, rewards design, corporate finance & M&A, tax, investor relations, fundraising and leadership development.As a seasoned leader, I generally report directly to the Board and I’ve also served as non-executive director and Chairman of multiple investee companies, and served on Social and Ethics, IT and Investment Committees.
