Managing Director
CurrentDLS, is specialized in material handling solutions for full case orderpicking, case buffering, accumulation (mixed case picking solutions, high-speed case sortation) and gravity flowlanes for pallets or smaller items (cartons, bins, trays etc.). As managing director at DLS, I have a wide variety of responsibilities. I'm in charge of finding new customers and maintaining relationships with current ones, which means I have complete development responsibilities for commercial sales and marketing. I help define our product, customize where needed, and market those solutions.The most rewarding part of my position is having the opportunity to lead a team to achieve a goal successfully. I want all our team members at DLS to be excited and invested in their own jobs as well as our company's overall goals. Helping to motivate, coordinate and direct talented professionals to deliver solutions that provide excellent returns for our customers is incredibly satisfying for me. We have been able to do just that with multinational companies including Coca Cola, Philip Morris and Kaufland.
