For me, it is all about providing customers with solutions that can help them succeed. I try to mirror that corporate goal as a dedicated team member. When we meet a new customer, we work to listen carefully to that customer's pain points. If we have a solution at DLS that can help alleviate those business pains, we share that solution. In some cases, we may not have the right solution, but we work to help the customer find an answer through our broad industry network.I enjoy working with our customers. Based on reliability and flexibility, I work hard to earn their trust and respect. I strive to find solutions that will make our customers' lives easier and their businesses thrive. Speaking both English and German is helpful, but a good sense of humour and having good listening skills are just as important. We don't just talk about solutions, we find them and implement them.
