• Developing and maintaining driver-based forecasting models for the global healthcare informatics market. This is done by triangulating internal financial data, local market intelligence, third party research, information from trade associations and trade show visits. The output from these models is Philips’ single source of truth for market information and is the basis for strategic planning and related decisions.• Presenting key insights of the forecasts to senior management within Philips and in doing so influencing the strategic direction of the company.• Collaborating with Group Strategy and other departments within Philips on projects related to business development and projects to deepen the understanding of local markets.• Monitoring our existing competitors to understand their actions, while at the same time tracking news flow to spot potential disruptive competitors.
